Whom we teach?
We
teach all Yogasana aspirants from age 15 to 60, male and female. Students,
working professionals, retired persons can join.
Certain
important points to keep in mind:

You should get a Fitness certificate from your Doctor,
mentioning that ‘you are physically fit to do the Yogasana exercises mentioned
in the list under the item ‘What we teach’. This Fitness doesn’t mean Gym fit
or Athletically FIT. The fitness we mean, that there is no major heart or
orthopaedic problems, high eye pressure, high cholesterol, any knee or other
bone surgeries done, vertebrae, piles etc... to
certify which, your Doctor will be the right person to certify.

Young girls should be accompanied by either of the parents or
any responsible person. They can sit in a chair in the hall and watch.
·
Ladies should be accompanied by some responsible person (Father,
Husband or Brother). If no one is there, you can be under the guardianship of a
friend attendee.
